Breathing in and releasing air is essential to all spirits embodied in flesh. Ancient Hebrew scriptures tell us that "the Creator formed humans from the dust of the ground and breathed into their nostrils the breath of life and they became living beings.”
Please plan to join me for a gathering on May 18 from 10 a.m. to 12:00 pm centered on the breath. I will draw upon scriptural references and breath practices from multiple faith traditions to center us and help us breathe in the sacred. As Hafiz wrote, “I am a hole in the flute that the Christ’s breath moves.
